I really admire the transition from sharpness to softness and then back to sharpness. There is loads of harmony occurring in this image. Those sharp, dark purple seed pods just grab our attention. The colors are beautiful. I like the hint of black background to offer additional depth and dimension. Kathy

A very nice shot with glowing colors and excellent details in the stamens. I usually an not a big fan of artistic post production efforts, but in this case they are tastefully chosen and well executed. Excellent cropping and a great color palette.
