Wonderful shot. I can see the dance through the picture. Nice, focus, color, and the background is great. He is very hansom. Good thing I'm not a bird, or I'd want to where he lives. lol

What a sight indeed. Quite impressive. I have never seen anything like it before. The color, DOF, POV, SAT, framing, and presentation are all good. This photo is awesome. Congrats on your award. Well deserved.

I don't have words Willie, because this must be one of the most beautiful photos I have seen of this elegant bird. The way he is showing off his feathers makes this photo very special, and when you also have a perfect background this has to come out as a photo with great visual impact. The bird is standing out from the nicely softened background in the most excellent way.
Your photo is also pin sharp showing really clear and well defined details in the feathers, and the exposure is perfect.
I also think the way you have cropped the photo is working well, and the bird has got a very good placement within the frame. An excellent shot with an excellent DOF, and I wish you luck with the contest.

This is truly the most magnificent image I have seen on FAR since I joined in December. The grace and beauty of this Egret is amazing. You focus, timing, lighting depth of field are all perfection. Words cannot really describe how beautiful this is.
