Rolls of hay have been around for some time, however, I still kind of prefer the stand squared bale. A good low pov, green grass, focused and framed to show the a country farm field. I worked on a farm as a teen ager and baled and worked the fields for long days. My old bones sure could not do it today.

A great pictorial of the countryside and it's farmers activities. Good clarity of focus and Depth of Field. (No pun intended) Thanks for letting us travel with you. NR

Very nice "countrified" composition. I can see why it caught your eye - it is a great story. The large rolls of hay in the foreground and the the hay becomes DOTS before that fantastic stand of trees almost hiding the pieces of a working farm. Great eye for framing. The focus is solid, the depth of field fantastic. Colors are true to the image, very nice. Thanks for sharing.

Nice in panoramic format with hay bales catching our eye and giving focal rests. The image draws us deeper into the photo with a three dimensional feel of that barn in the distance.

Techs all round are well handled Mary.

A beautiful picture of the large circular round Hay Bales lying scattered around this green field framed by the dark hedge on the far side & the rolling tree topped hill behind it under a clear blue sky. Beautiful peaceful composition, with natural lighting superb camera techniques & razor sharp focus the large bales in the foreground seeming to draw the eye into the centre of the image.
