the idea is good, but the photo is too busy and with too much colors making the viewer confuse and hard to find one point to watch
maybe, is the colors were not so bright this could help

What you did to make the end result turn out like this is what I call SUPER work. I noticed you mentioned Raw. If you work in Camera Raw mode, there is a lot of things you can do after the shot. AND I like what you did in this mixed media. Many of the photography folk I know prefer to do all their work in Raw mode. Since working in Raw gives you flexibility, I can see just how flexible you were in your creation. Working in the Raw mode will often allow you to adjust the sharpness of an image. Your image is perfect. I COMMEND YOU FOR A JOB WELL DONE. Good luck in the Voting Booth.

It is not difficult to guess who is behind this image, and I think you have even used the Radio City lights before. Really like the way they are placed in this image and the fine contrast between the vertical and diagonal lines.
Of course it is impossible to talk about a sharp focus in this case, but the photo is crisp and clear and the lettering is standing out well defined. I also like very much the colors in this image and also the light.
The image is well framed and it is a good flow and balance in the composition. Very creative entry for this contest and a well done editing. I wish you luck with the contest.
