Lili, I tell artists that their art looks like photography and I tell photographers that their photographs look like art. This is photographic art/portraiture at it's best.
You have captured his soul with your lens, I absolutely love the twinkle in his eye.
As far as your photographic skills go this image shows us that you are one savy photographer. The light falling on him is perfect, the background adds to the strength of the portrait and the colours are real and nothing is overcooked.
Sharp as a tack, well composed and stunning is all I can say. If I had a 6 you would get it....instead all I offer is a cyber 6. Beautiful work.
