A six and a first place winner for any flower contest. Just a gorgeous shot! I'm getting to where I can say "that looks like an avmurray shot" because its so good. The background is excellent- Not sure how you do it but very creative .

Simply beautiful, the colors make me want to see the spring finally reach New Hampshire! The Zoom effect is very good and blends into the background wonderfully.
Love the very discreet shadows in the center of the flowers.

Annie,
A wonderful picture of the soft purple Crocuses a true herald of Spring after the Snow Drops their buds often popping up through the melting of the last snow or frost. Artistic composition beautifully framed by it's needle like foliage, beautiful soft lighting & muted background. Taken with superb camera & editing techniques with sharp focus.

I love the purple color with the beautiful center yellow/orange. Beautiful signs of the spring, delicious for the view and nice to the smell. This is a beautiful composition, well framed and perfectly sharp. Well done.

Another classic avmurray work through your expert transformation of the lovely croton into something even more elegant than it is in nature. Your use of mixed media accentuates the features of the croton and its leaves in such an ethereal and appealing way. The touch of painterly effect is absolutely perfect. Well done, plus these are a favorite of mine and I am a bit biased.

Very effective and nicely presented. The colours are nice and bright with that nice reflection fading in the background. Good clean focus and nice detail through out the frame.
