Lovely artwork. The topic, choice of colors. The river draws you to the bridge. Nice execution. The reflections along the right bank are very well executed as are the clouds. If I were to make one suggestion, it would be watch the brush strokes on the left, horizontal and is just a tiny bid distracting. It is between the 2 rock formations and takes a large corner of the piece. Other than that and I seriously doubt many would even notice, it is a beautiful piece I would be proud to hang on my wall. Congratulations

Lovely artwork. The topic, choice of colors. The river draws you to the bridge. Nice execution. The reflections along the right bank are very well executed as are the clouds. If I were to make one suggestion, it would be watch the brush strokes on the left, horizontal and is just a tiny bid distracting. It is between the 2 rock formations and takes a large corner of the piece. Other than that and I seriously doubt many would even notice, it is a beautiful piece I would be proud to hang on my wall. I like the diagonal lines of this work --- the river and riverbanks... good job. The clouds are very believable --- you did a super job on them! ...I feel the same way about the foliage that lines both banks.

I think this is a lovely painting from this area, and I like especially that your landscape painting is including a little bridge. It adds a lot of interest, but also depth to the painting.
Your color pallet is very pleasing to the eye with the light blues and the muted greens. Your brush strokes are bold, but still this painting is done paying good attention to details.
Also the composition is working well with the river as a leading line bringing the viewer into the composition, and with a good placement of the bridge. I think this is a truly lovely and well done painting, and I wish you luck with the contest.
