the image is a real winner in my eyes. she is quite beautiful here. you have caught the highlights and shadows very nicely. there is a lot of detail in the face that you have captured nicely that gives us character. she is beautifully done.

Oh yeah I can hear her singing the old Betty boop song "I wanna be loved by u'". Awesome work. The facial expression is superb. The body form and language is excellent. The shading is outstanding. The details r excellent. The depth is perfect. The creation is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. So very creative and outstanding work overall (standing clapping and cheering) woooooooohooooo

This is beautiful, you have captured the look. Balanced, harmonious and pleasing to the eye. There are so many things a person thinks about when they see Marilyn. Very nice work. Carol

You are most welcome. I only wish I could do the work you do. I enjoy drawing but do not have the talent I see here. Carol

Beautiful portrait of Marilyn Linda. I knew this had to be yours as soon as I saw it, such wonderful depth and details. Congratulation once again on being the recognized Artist, quite an honor and well deserved :)

love the sepia tones of this work, did you draw it in that shade, or did you process it a bit afterwards:) The soft tones really suit the pensive pose :)

Basically, this is the tone. Thank you for your kind, and generous words of encouragement.

This is a gorgeous drawing that encaptures the subject so very very well. The hair, the dress and the body angles are marvelous. I would like to see more shading on the body only because it is not as defined as the rest of the portrait. It is not a big issue, shading. Where I see an issue is around the hand and mouth. The lip and the cheek just above the fingers are askew. It subtracts from the excellence of the rest of the drawing. Still well executed. thanks for sharing!

You're welcome. I draw, paint and write. Everyone needs positive reinforcement but a little nudge or gentle suggestion helps us grow I think.
