WELL DONE INDEED. CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR FIRST PLACE WIN. WELL DESERVED. CLAP CLAP CLAP....BRAVO
Your photo portrays innocents, fragilness and frailness. Overall presentation is great. The few colors and it subdueness (is there such a word???) are phenomenal. The placement of the main subject in your photograph makes it that more appealing. Wonderful eye pleasing image, Very creative shooting (not sure if you took a picture of the entire child then cropped it; or if you just shot the hand itself.) I have a feeling the latter is more so correct. Therefore, my comment "Very Creative Shooting" has intensified ten fold. Very nice focus can be seen in the detail. I LOVE IT TOTALLY. Thank you so much for sharing and again....CONGRATULATIONS GOES OUT TO YOU!!!!! I could see this photo in a nice frame in my home. That is how much I like it.

Something about babies and puppies as they explore the world with their mouths. I'm glad you got the photo before the daisy ended up as dessert...lol.
It is interesting how you processed the photo to give it a minimalist presentation. And I like you positioned the composition in the lower left third of the image.

I love the positioning of your subject and you are right there is something about a flower and a baby's hand. I think it is the innocence and fragility of both subjects. Lovely lighting and softness in this .
