just love the simplicity of the overall image....and yet compositional details that are harmoniously interacting with each other....and very subjective, but I`m fond of sand :)

A beautiful & interesting picture of drift wood lodged under the sand on the beach it's tops exposed an forming an arc on the crest of a sand dune on which the wood is casting it's shadows. Interesting composition with the ridges on the dune & the wd exposed making patterns & giving texture & subtle colour changes. Beautiful soft lighting with superb camera techniques with sharp focus.

Ha! Tis' hard for me to pity anyone being bored while on vacation sitting on a sandy sunny beach!
I live less than 3 miles from the beach and rarely have time to get there. I like your POV here with the slight hill and dried palm leaves sticking through the sand.
Exposure/ white balance are handled well and your sharp focus and details are both superb!
Great capture! :)

This is an interesting shot. HAs an abstract feel to it.! Simple composition,mono-chromatic colours and good light makes this very viewable. Good luck!

I really like this photo. I love the detail of the grains of sand and that little bit of dead sea grass protruding is perfect. I love the POV! Catching the shadows of the grass and the dune on the sand makes the composition excellent- this is a very special photo.

I love how the crispness of this photo. Great depth of field. You can almost see each individual grain of sand in the foreground. I'm intrigued and want to know what this item is buried in the sand. If I were walking the beach (which your photo makes me feel I am), I'd want to run my toes through the sand to uncover the rest of the object. Exposure and color is excellent. Great job.
