obviously not a huge waterfall; you should hve visited this site last year, during the flooding period; nice natural colors and sharp focus;

Mary,
A beautiful picture of the Morialta Fall with little more than a trickle falling over it with a Rainbow near it's base adding splashes of different colours to the browns of the rock formation that makes up the cliff over which the water falls. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting with superb camera techniques with razor sharp focus.

Your photo tells your drought story so well. We have the same conditions here in Arizona and even worse in parts of California. A good frame, focus and sunny day to show the little water flowing. Hope you get some needed heavy rain soon. We are about ready to start our monsoon season with hopes of some nice rain showers.

Hope you get the much needed rain, the same holds true for here...we need it as everything is brown. Nice shot of this waterfall even though it is not gushing. Focus from top to bottom is good, impact and story very good, and even though there are few colors they blend well....thanks for sharing and HAGD.

There is always a need for balance. This well cropped image shows the balance leaning toward dry to be sure. Very nice colors and excellent composition which could certainly use a little more water.
