I like angle of the photo.Good clarity. So good that the mines have been removed and people can access it.Love the tree growing at the top.

Interesting notes accompanying this lovely shot of the beautiful old temple. What a shame that the vegetation overcame it but good now that the mines have been cleared and people can come to see what's left of it. I like the angle you used for this.

Lighting and focus very good showing excellent detail. Very good composition. Suzanne

still, goes to show ya, who's the better builders? then or now?
imagine how powerful a trees rooting system is, to be able to eventually separate the stone so much that it crumbles. WOW
great detail, great focus, good color and framing.
Love your notes, so informative. never knew, never been

The ruin and tree on top indicating natural destruction of the temple captured nicely. Lighting, focus, colour and composition are great.

Were the mines left over from the Viet Nam conflict in the 70's? If so, shame on us for leaving them. I am truly happy that this piece of history was found and you were able to share it with us. Good focus...but sorry that it is in such a sorry state. Thank you for the history and for sharing.

Beautiful in ruins! I like the angle you shot this from, it gives the rocks and the temple a nice warm glow to it. The vegetation around it contrast nicely with it.

I wish they would find ways to save these historical ruins. That said, I am glad you search out these unusual places to share. I also love the history lesson. The detail on the part of the temple standing is good. Showing the rubble in the foreground makes a sad statement. The color and contrast are good. A very interesting photo.

Fred, A beautiful picture of the ruins of this once beautiful Temple being taken over by Nature taking it's revenge for the destruction of itself by Man over the Centuries & a visual demonstration if needed of "Man's inhumanity to Man" Beautiful composition, framing & soft lighting with superb camera techniques with sharp focus.
