Impressive capture of the motion blur but I don't know what the contest organizer mean by "a portion of the subject or focal point must be in focus"...

I was about to say the picture is blurry then I noticed that this is a contest about motion blur. I am not an expert on taking nice motion blur pictures either. Good luck in the contest.
