Very nice. Lovely warm light, good composition, good dof. Couple of teeny things (all in or all out). Top baskets are fine. They act as a frame for the rest. Don't be afraid to do a little "gardening" (nudging a sign in or out of the way) . Good job!

Thank you. I really didn't want to overstep my welcome by rearranging the produce since it was a small family owned roadside stand. :)

Ohh, I see what you mean. Another reviewer gave me 3.5 on this photo because she said it was dry and didn't follow the rule of thirds. LOL... It cracked me up laughing. The person has 1 photo in her portfolio. :)

About rules: it is important to know what they are in order to know when to break them. I see nothing wrong with the composition of this image. It is great. Sandra

This is a little too dry for me. Of course, fall suggests dryer weather, but also, bright colors. The framing and/or cropping do not see well thought out either. I guess every photo doesn't need to be perfectly centered, but it's not at all. Also, I think a photo should guide the eye to a point of interest and I don't find that either. Look up the "Rule of Thirds" which you might find helpful. I know it changed the way I "uncenter" my subject.

By the way, This is how the farmer had his produce arranged on the shelf and I didn't feel I should rearrange it to suit my art.
