Magical Surroundings

This has some soft subtleties of blue green richness to draw the eye. It almost, however, seems too light, too paled, robbing the richness of contrast and sharpness.

My favorite element of the piece is on my left, the corner of the screen has some scant detailing of grass in the water and some small amounts of element that lends a touch of design to the shot. The little boat in the distance is a nice touch. It looks like a beautiful place.

Overall, this is a nice picture. It shows a little in the cyan range on my monitor, so it might need just a little color correction, or maybe it's just all the blue in the image. Nice lines, nice framing, you've really got a flow going with those hills in the background and the ones that are closer. The boat is a good indicator of depth, too. The only thing I would suggest is to maybe do a little color correction on this piece, and bring up the contrast so it doesn't look all awash in blues and greens. Nice.

Beautiful scene, I wish to be married!!! I think you can crop the scene to have a first plane of the boat. I think you don't lost the serenity on the lanscape. A polarizing filter maybe halps to do the clouds and sky more interesting.Good job

ravikirang3, these indeed look like "a magical surroundings" and you have caught a good sense of what it must really be like. Although your composition is very good and there is depth to the photograph, without the boat which adds significantly to the image, it would be without much appeal. It seems to me too overexposed and washed out, making the colours very dull.
A great spot, however, as you say. Were you there on your honeymoon?
Peace,
Papa
