Slowish shutterspeed has give the water a slight milky look but it suits the overall image,it appears to have given a softer look to the rest of the image as well,but the overall effect is quite pleasing as well...brian

You've presented us with a very pretty view into these falls in Buttermilk State Park!
I realize that there might be some sort of a technical imperfection in the photo ( that 'ghost tree' disappearing into the bright blue of the sky for example ) but that doesn't bother me in the least! I think the picture looks Great!
