to me it looks like a fat mouse..lol. the clarity is great. the angle of the shot of the critter is great. the capture of the light is great. the image is balanced and eye interesting to the viewer. good eye and great job overall.

This is a nice picture, but I think the subject blends too much with its background. Also, with the background, the edge of the animals back seems to fade into the background and does not appear very sharp. It seems to have a cute face, maybe next time try to zoom in on the face.

Thanks for your feedback - as they are in a desert barren like setting it would be difficult to get a different background, I was trying to show the whole animal not just a partial image which I may post later. Cheers Mary
