I like the effect the created by the shadows on the rocks and the glow in the clouds. Nice painting, peaceful and relaxing mood created on this end, very nice.

Nice composition. But the clouds and mountains compete for being the main subject. One of them needs to be softened up too let the other shine. I look forward to seeing more of your work.

This oil on canvass has a lovely essence to it. You have utilized accents of shading, play on light and touches of hues to bring a richness to each element of the piece if one takes a moment to reflect on each one...such as the trees in the foreground. The sky has some great dramatic movement with its colors, but could use some more blended ease for a more natural element. Some of your rock formations, especially the darker tones ones have great structure with a realistic flare.

Your passion for painting was evident in this piece.

At first glance, this is a very busy piece. It has a lot going on with the landscape and in the sky, and I think that really works well with this painting. Very expressive, good use of color and shapes. I like it. Good job.
