When I came across this photo is stopped me and demanded immediate attention. Your choice of removing color gave it an impact that blended all of the elements in the shot into a story that can to taken into the viewer imagination as beautiful or ominous. That duality is powerful. The clouds and the clarity in the corn rows with just the right contrast is impressive. Great work. I'm taking notes for future reference. Thanks for sharing.

The DOF and POV are top notch.
I think the only possible thing to make this slightly more is to boost the sky. The tiniest bit of oomph would really work.
Overall, this is a 5 star image, if I had anymore 6 stars, this would have been seriously considered. Very well done.

Thank you very much for your very kind review. Actually I did boost the sky a little by increasing the white tone in the photo. Probably needs just a touch more. However, I was going for a more moody feel here as if a storm was in the distance,

I think the sky is good, but just needs that little more. Moody is good and will work for this, just more saturation? Make the clouds a little bit more defined? I don't want to take the image somewhere you don't want to go though.

I think this shot is a winner. The clouds and the colors of the dried cornstalks are natural and crisp, your DOF is on the money. The topaz application you used is perfect for this shot. The whole shot just draws you right into the row. Very effective

Well I kept on of my golden stars for something very different and special and I think this is the one
the first impression in small is striking - the color range in all these golden platen tones invite to look closer - this way in the corn just looks like the way to the light and the heavenly realm of bliss -
