Beautiful color on initial impact, mostly. You of course must know what I must say if I am to be honest. The exposure got you on this one. The spots with the lack of color rob you of a solid post. Then there is the matter of a bit of noise throughout the background.

Focus is solid with fine detail over the chime. The cropping works well with the length of the chime. I can see subtle movement from the wind in the chime and that adds a nice touch. Nice stop action.
