Very good framing with a lot of interest. Picture very clear and sharp. However, I think the black background makes it a little bit too harsh as opposed to the delicacy of the flower. A softer one maybe would have been more beneficial to the overall composition.

love the rich color that u got out of this capture(thumbs uP). the angle of the shot of the flower is great. the capture of the light is perfect. the clarity is great. the image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. good eye and great job overall.

Lovely mixed media for the blue/purple hues. Iris are simply a lovely, colorful, tall, and growing where so many other plants will not tolerate, show in the garden.
Like they are the royalty over the pansies, with their similar type of face.

I am reviewing this photo because I like the colour purple. This flower really stands out. Well placed. It kind of bright though with the background so dark. Maybe it is just me but wonder if you should have softened that a bit. Overall though it is a striking piece
