Well this technique and inner vision deserves a 6 star - the result is attractive looking at the same time like an angel with light wings in the night sky but at the same time also like an Asiatic Shaolin with their art of self defense
Fantastic way and composition - amazing creativity , awesome result
a shining light in the darkness - your creation is well balanced between dark and clear , fantastic in shadow and light application - amazing job, thanks for sharing

Thank you very much for your encouraging review and for looking so sharply. I did not see the Shaolin myself, but now where you mention them they are obvious.

To say that this is very creative would be an understatement. I want to thank you so very much for your artist's notes which made me perk up and take note. Your post processing technique seems easy for you for the end result is nothing short of celestial!

I really like the sepia, you made this antquated...... had you put up red and green it just would not have worked...this is classy.

It is more than just a back lit angel, it has the feel of a master's painting with that grunge feel to it, also I am a sucker for chiaroscuro effect and this has it. See those pops of yellow in the distance, you could have cloned them out but I'm so glad you did not, for with those pops in place, you have a depth to the art.

Yes, of course, placed into a large horizontal, after all angels need to have room to spread their wings.

Thank you for a most inspirational photographic art piece. A Cyber 6.

Thank you very much for your throughout review.
The picture does not look good in any other color, not even b/w. The art paper used for the originalphoto had yellow and brown shades. The spots in the background are reflection of the paper.

Thank you. Your kind review is much appreciated.
Storytelling was not intended. This is a tutorial piece for others to learn techniques of mixed media.
This is also an example of Caprice, pictures hidden in a picture. There are two Chinese Shaolin hidden in the angel wings.
