A very original shot, wll composed and framed. The subject stands out well against the background, and you have made very good use of your software and filters. Well done.

Interesting view. My focus is on the plant and the bottle, but I find it too much the same colour with the background. The bright spot in the background does make me look at the bottle after I see it. And I wonder why you chose to do that colour background. It did grab my attention even though I not too much of a fan of hiding this beautiful bottle

Totally a different type of photo. I must confess, I do not know what is involved with a Black Space photo, exactly? Does it mean anywhere that there is a black voided area? I like the off center light reflecting on the wall. I'm not sure whether or not there is suppose to be the specks on the black leaves.
Different style of experimenting with colors.

good luck in the contest

Thank you. I goggled the term and in one definition it stated that it included empty space in the photo not just black. I may be DQ if the compliance committee ment only a black background. :)

I like this even though I am not a big fan of green. The highlight on the left really adds so much to the photo. The green, although prevalent in the photo, is still not overpowering because of all of the different hues. Nice work.

Great. Love the colors, since green is the prevailing color it's great. You are focusing on the vase in the mint. Nice for a kitchen wall.

Peculiarly, I like this green cash green. The leaves appear scraggly at a distance, but then to study them, especially the smaller ones appearing near the lighted area, you realize they are quite delicate. The darker, heavier bottom with a none color but strong pattern, seems odd for a place to grow mint. The most emotion evoked from me, however, is the darkened leather-looking bunched up leaves in the mid-section of this object as a whole. My emotion is to somehow fix it. But maybe that's how it's supposed to be... how it's intended. Fantastic job to this artist!
