Well done! This really is a beautiful waterlily. I love how brightly the sun is shining down on the waterlily and because of that you can really see all of the shadows within it. I also like how you can see all of the water drops on it. You did a fantastic job :) Thanks for sharing :)

Water lilies are one of the special in flowers that I find fascination in size and color range
your image reflect perfectly the beauty of this special bloom, your contrast alighting and exposure are excellent and your focus is clear and sharp - I love the special lighting in this image letting stand out these wonderful water drops in perfect transparency
Seems to be a night shot or if done by artistic enhancement you reached you goal to let the bloom shine - well done, thanks for sharing

Greetings mon ami, I have been away from FAR for a bit, but our mutual friend Olga twisted my arm to return.....it might be my imagination but I sense that there have been many departures from the site in the past year or so. Anyway, I do like your capture, well framed and composed. Nice crisp focus and your usual good camera work. I sincerely hope you were not affected by the recent outrage in Paris. My wife and I have friends in Paris who were safe.....from a distance, it looked as though the terrorists were focusing on the younger generation who frequent rock concerts, smart restaurants etc. Anyway, stay safe ....and Vive La France.

A very nicely composed shot with good exposure for the white petals. The rain drops are very well shown, but I am not so sure about all the spots on the background. Unfortunately I guess it is the case that you have to take them all out or leave them all in.

Love the water drops, and the way the white and subtle pink tones stand out against the darker background. The bit of shadow on the left adds a nice touch. Almost at first glance looks like an alien bloom floating in space, a bit surreal. Sharp, good composition too!
