Being a casual collector of-among other things - antique bottles I really like this fine looking image,my friend!
The glowing candle and the rich black background give the scene an elegantly 'Mysterious and Classy' look!

Lovely entry for the contest - good luck. Wonder why you called it Old Bottles, since 3 of the 5 are not bottles. Like the combination of the different elements. Nice layout. Love that you shot it on a black background. Lighting is perfect. Great composition, framing focus and dof.

Thank you. LOL I had a hard time thinking of a name for this so I just named it for the largest pieces :)

I am sure you know how much I like old bottles, and these ones are truly looking great. I especially like how the lit candle is reflected in the bottle, but I almost wish the rose had been yellow instead of white. Being up front and white it seems to steal a bit of attention away from the rest. The black back drop is however perfect, and everything is standing out well from it.
Your photo is of course also nice and sharp and with fine details, and because of a very good use of light you have brought out a fine shine in the bottles.
Personally I think it is a bit too much negative space on the left, but this is a minor issue, because I think this is an all together lovely and well taken still life, and I wish you luck with the contest.

Thank you Annie. If I had taken this 2 days ago the rose probably would have been yellow but the yellow roses I had are dead now, LOL. So I used this faux rose instead. :)

A very luminous still life image, I love the way these old bottles shine in your image, your give them new value and such a brilliant presentation, I love the combination of subjects, so well arranged . The candle light enhances the entire scene through the light reflection and the ambiance it creates around , a simple arrangement with a powerful effect
your picture is well taken ,well framed, very harmonious and well balanced , excellent in focus contrast and lighting , - your bottles are super clear and sharp . A nice created scene reminding at the early 19th and the stuff of my Grand parents, well done, thanks for sharing
