This is a lovely close-up shot of the giraffe! You have framed it well. The light, colour and the composition have worked well. Good effort!

Mary,
A beautiful picture of the curios Giraffe munching away on the Eucalyptus. Oh for eye lashes like that? Artistic composition, framing & lighting with superb camera techniques with razor sharp focus.

Hi Mary!
Not being much of a photographer myself the technical phrases in your notes are lost on me but I'm certainly enjoying this big Giraffe's portrait that you've presented us with!
Good Show,my friend!

A very nice shot with beautiful colors and excellent details. Sorry you are having trouble with the RAW conversions. Most all processing software can handle these files, but they are a lot bigger than jpegs if that is what you are used to.

Thanks Mike, I was shooting in RAW on my D3100 but apparently Nikon have changed the way it is written with latest D7200 camera and after checking internet it appears Photoshop/Lightroom etc have not caught up with change. Will use JPEG next time and until I find fix as the batchfile conversion has taken several hours :( Cheers Mary
