It always amazed by how much beauty there is even in what most people consider a weed:) The focus is excellent! The colors are fantastic! The dark black background makes this pop! Overall great job and good luck with the contest! Lori

Well I was thinking that this was more perfect than any Queen Anne's Lace I'd seen around my place. It's perfectly stunning. You did a wonderful job....just wished they all really looked like this.

It is not easy to get a good shot of this lovely flower. I know because I have taken a few. This one is however truly beautiful. It is really nice with the textured green background, and the flower is standing out from it in the most excellent way. I also like the way the light is falling.
Your focus is just pin sharp and each little blossom is indeed clear and well defined. It is nothing wrong with the exposure either.
Cropping to a square format is just perfect and the flower has got a fine centered position within the frame. A truly lovely and well taken photo with an excellent DOF, and I wish you luck with the contest.

Thank you. It really took some extra effort to save this. I worked on this for more than an hour before I was satisfied with it. I really had to go easy with the filters so it did not looked overworked. :)
