Not a photographer, but this is very intriguing visually. I like the bright red against the dark background. Clever including the football on the can. The lighting on the can sets it off nicely. Nice work.

Funny that you mentioned Warhol, that was my very first thought when I looked at it.

The blacked out Back ground is perfect and the way the red is graguated across the "can".

Nice touch with the "threads" on the football..

Very well done!

I love the composition of this with the Coke can framed in that dark negative space. It has great contrast with the black and red and it's perfectly sharp. Great job and good luck with the competition.

Very interesting work! It is great you chose a dark background! That gives this work strong contrast and powerful initial impact! Thanks for sharing!

Nice entry for the contest - good luck. Like what you've done here - especially setting this up with a black background; gives the shot some pop off the page. Color and lighting are spot on. Great composition, framing, focus and dof. Did it taste good ;-)?

Thank you. Yes it was good but I drink it too often. I am trying to cut down. Lol

Wonderful composition. Excellent work. Stands right out, jumps off the page. The black background was a great idea.

I'll have to try that solarized filter.

Amazing job!

I am smiling at this post because a few days ago I looked at it and saw that you had placed the can to the side and I wondered what a more centered placement would look like and here it is....you took someone's advice and cropped it? You need to ensure that you have equal amount of negative space on L as on R for solid balance.

I love the idea of solarizing this can, a common household object (in some households). This is creative and is an eye catcher with red against black.

I quite like it and in it's simplicity it is strong....minimalism!

Thank you . lol I think I an gun shy about being bonked for breaking the rule of thirds. I wanted to crop like this from the beginning but didn't for the above reason.
