Interesting, creative, different, wonderful initial appearance. Technically well done. Too centered but then again would not work any other way. Well done.
Simple elegance.

Thank you so much. Lol. I tried to use the rule of thirds but it just did not work. So....I finally broke the rules. Thank you so much for taking time to review and. Your generous rating has made my day.

The red can on the dark background really makes this stand out really well, and the focus is right on the mark. It looks like if you turn it sideways it looks like a football. The centering is also well done, keep up the great work and thanks for sharing. JackJr.

Thank you. I think that Coke made these during football season because the logo above the name is a football and the laces are bottles of coke.

Well I'll bet Andy Warhol would be duly impressed.

Am not familiar w/ 'solarizing' something but I imagine it's what's given this can it's glow.

You've framed it perfectly...focus is crisp...dark background is perfect.

Well done and best of luck in the contest.

Thank you Peg. Solarized is a Photoshop filter that gives the photo a psychedelic almost metallic look. Since Andy Warhol was very popular in the "psychedelic" 1960's and '70's I thought that this filter worked well with the theme.

I thought that's what it might have done. Very creative. AW would love it!

I do not know what you mean by the term "solarised" in the context of your photo! I do know thought that its a good shot!! Its sharp, well exposed with great colours and lighting plus there are no issues with noise. Well done and good luck!

Thank you. Solarized is a term for a Photoshop filter that gives the photo a psychedelic color enhancement. It takes on an almost metallic look.

Very creative use of a common object. I'm a huge Coca Cola fan and collector myself. Great detail and color. Love the contrast on the black and the solarized look is really cool here.

A lot of thought went into this and it's a very interesting piece. Bright wonderful contrast of colors. The colors make it an attention getter and would stand out in any room. The only thing I see is that it needs to be more centered. Great piece good job.

Thank you. Truthfully I wanted to center it but was concerned that I would get a bunch of grief about the rule of thirds. Lol

I like the way you have created the coke can to mimic the infamous Warhol. Good imagination and creativity. I also think that keeping off centre was a great idea as makes it more interesting. Cool one!

Thank you. I didn't want it to look like a copy just a Warhol style.

This is an interesting presentation. Innovative. The contrast between light and dark is striking! The colours and the overall composition have worked well. Good luck!

Wow, you have done common in the most superb way. That solarize filter is the ticket. PS? Anyway - great contrast, color and light. Perfect focus. I'd say definitely a contender. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you. Yes it is a Photoshop filter that I never used before but thought it worked with this subject. I like to try new things for the contests.
