Lovely flower. The colors are great. Good shot with them overlapping each other. The black background brings them out more. Nice job! Love your photos. Take care.

I was just talking to my Mom this morning about our Easter lilies and how I had more than a dozen rose bushes a long time ago. You are very welcome.

A beautiful shot that shows the evening posture of these blossoms. The cropping is excellent and the colors are outstanding. I like the texture in the petals and the separation from the background.

Are you kidding me? I cannot get over the composition of this scene. The colors are breathtaking and so darn subtle to boarder on sublime. The black background is such a perfect way to make the flower pop right out of the scene. Dad gum girl you are getting better and better. I think I will turn off my iPhone5 and simply go home. Just a fabulous photo Deborah ~ Steve

Your most delightful review made me laugh out loud Steve! And the dogs always look at me like I'm nuts when I sit in front of my laptop laughing. Seriously though, I am more than flattered....but I've seen what you can do w/ that iPhone of yours....recommend you keep it. Thank you for always checking out my photos and, of course, for the fabulous rating.

What a nice piece of art. I really like the mix of colors that you chose. It make the petals look soft and delicate. Light and dark are well balanced.

This is a very stunning composition - all the curls of the petals within the frame offer both grand color and light against the dark background! The textures are amazing as well. Beautiful image. Excellent camera techs! Thanks for sharing.

Hopefully our good earth comes back to some semblance of a balance and order from the present chaos. We should take a leaf (?) out of this flower I think for balanced living. I like this lovely presentation. Very eye catching. Thanks for sharing!

Wow, this is super! The textures and manipulation of light give it a very professional look. Blow it up, frame it and put it where it can be seen by lots of people. Great job. Thanks. Cheers, James.

Oh BOY James....lol...I am dee-lite-ed by your review! 'Manipulation of light' however, is me.. out in my gardens... at night, w/ a flashlight. This COSMOS just loves it though. Thank you so very much.

The fact that you used a flashlight rather than Photoshop is even more impressive. Keep it up. James

Thank you for that James. here are those who think it may not be a very sophisticated way to photograph something but my flowers seem to love it.
