fantastic stuff, beautiful colours, blending carefully with each other, the layers add interest- brought together by the strong vertical image in a totally different colour to the whole. Really amazing-

Raoul,
A beautiful picture of the red cloaked lady gazing out at the impending storm approaching when the quality of the light become ethereal & often the wind becomes stronger tossing about loose leaves etc. To me this painting has all those elements created with very skilful draftsman ship, beautiful choice, blending & application of your colours. I don't know exactly why but this painting reminds me of a Jack Yeats painting in your style.

love the detail in the woman's robe, and the color you used. I've been in two tornados, and surprisingly enough It wasn't from me LOL( my husband calls me taz at times LOL}, the sky gets really dark and extremely bright at the same time and your right there is a hint of yellow to it but its amazing how beautiful the sky truly is just before the tornado hits, and if you've never been close to one, they sound just like a freight train that your standing next to, they are LOUD! You caught that sky pretty darn close. Love your talent my friend

Thank you very much Diane. Living in the UK, I have never experienced a tornado so I appreciate your description! :)

PS: I'll have a look at your next instalment of the animation this evening. I meant to last night but something got in the way!

I've been in 2 tornados' 3 hurricanes, and 1 earthquake. The 2nd tornado tore the roof off our house we made the joke that we needed a new roof anyway so it was cool. and of course my husband slept through the whole thing, guess its a military sort of thing LOL. the hurricanes were interesting, no real damage but I drove to find a friend and get her and her family to safety just as it got to its worse, talk about a thrill ride that one was trees down and falling right in front of me, electric lines down on the road, then there was the water I had to drive through. It was sort of an adrellian rush LOL. Now the earthquake, that one scared the jeepers out of me. it was a 7.5 , don't want to experience that again, my daughter and husband however thought that was cool also, bunch of crazy people LOL.
and thanks again for watching my videos get to them when you can.

    Hi diane,

Thanks for this review. I appreciate it. I had a look at the latest chapter to the Protectors last night and commented on it. It was a great watch thanks and I loved the new characters with the lady-animal being my favourite for obvious reasons :) Great work and do keep it up after your break from it. Thanks once again. R

    Hey Diane,

Thanks for the heads-up. I've just watched the clip and I found it informative to get to know the gang. And yes, Rocky the raccoon's still my favourite. Also liked the origin ot Arctic's name - quite funny! Thanks for sharing these. R

Thank you Raoul. I'm glad your enjoying my video. You gave me such positive feed back on my two characters wolf and rocky, wolf I wanted to be sarcastic with a bit of humor and rocky I wanted her to have an attitude, so maybe I hit the characters right. thanks again for the feedback on my videos you have no idea how much that means to me.

Awesome painting. Bright and nice colors.
Far away mountains in back are very nicely done. Lady with coat remarkably well detailed and shadowed. Centered properly. In all, amazing art work and great eye viewer.
Thanks for showing. Congratulations and Good Luck.

You for sure created the perfect ambiance before a storm - a very special composition, in all simplicity of the scene you let it stand out as something special - I love the coat you gave her s it transports us into a different historic period of time, - your work is excellently balanced between sky and boat with the perfect blue zone in the center
super details work
excellent shadow and light application,
the color choice grabs the attention, just a fantastic painting - comes close to simplicity of some old known master, well done
