Amazing spider but dangerous. Had one on balcony and check on Internet= answer was poison! Lovely colors, centered properly, detailed and shadowed to perfection, also background amazing. Awesome spider and great eye viewer.

Thanks Lolly, yes wasn't sure what kind so stayed reasonable distance. Huntsmen don't bother me usually catch them and put outside if they wander in. :) Mary

Yeah! Those Huntsman are horrific monsters! One of them 'starred' in a photo that a friend of mine posted over at an Occult oriented website many years ago! Thinking of it still 'creeps me out'!

I am with you, I hate spiders that are this big. The rich colors and the wispy web have created a magical look to the scene. The lighting showcases the features of the spider and the foliage on the end. Detailed and sharp shot.

Thanks so much, wasn't sure what type this was which made me more wary. The Huntsman that comes in sometimes at home are large but not dangerous, usually catch them and put them outside again. :)
