Aww, why do they have to dig up all the bulbs every year if they're still good? Can't argue too much because the garden is beautiful. I looked up the Keukenhof. It's really interesting. But then, I find anything with a lot of plants in it interesting. The tulip patch looks like a river of flowers! Thanks for sharing.

Gorgeous rows, rows and rows of these wonderful flowers. Magnificently centered, detailed and shadowed to perfection. Even on a rainy day people still like to see these flowers. Fantastic shot and eye viewer.
Thanks for showing.
Congratulations and Good Luck.
Have yourself a great week-end.

This photo is very beautiful. I feel it would have been better to take this photo when people are not in the scene, there is a lot of distracting issues, although there isn't a huge crown walking around. Maybe after hours, just at sunset or sunrise to get some shadows in the photo.Plus I can see there are more tulip beds further in the photo. With the people in it, you can't see those beds, and I feel it would have added to this scene.

they are closed at sunrise and sunset; about 20000 people daily, difficult to avoid

A beautiful shot of the tulips and an interesting explanation of how this garden kept. I like the colors and the crowd of people that are attracted to the gardens.

Those 30 gardeners do an excellent job at their work. The flowers are stunningly beautiful. It looks like there's a lot of people there. It must be a very popular garden. And I can see why, given the amount of care that is going into it.

Fred,
A wonderful display of Red & Gold Tulips in the foreground & to the side Pink & yellow...Further on the colours change going on to infinity on the horizon. Trees on either side adding beauty & shelter from the strong winds off the North sea that could easily flatten the Tulips. The Peaple on the right add an other point of view. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.
Susan
