I always wonder how is it possible to make such sculpture with sand; a great capture with good framing and sharp focus;the bg is a bit distracting;

This is so Oz. Love those Koalas and this sand sculpture.

Mary, you need a different POV. See how the background slices the tops of their heads? Visually that is cropped too tight....you needed to bend your knees and give more of the background so that there is no competition between focal point and other elements within the image.

    Thanks Olga, I agree with your comments totally. Both my daughter Fiona and I struggled to get a good POV for this with people and other objects (toilet block and signage) in the wrong place - wish they would consider photographers when they place these things LOL Cheers Mary

    It's a nice photo and I know that struggle with something always there to spoil the photo.
