A beautiful picture of the Bumble bee (sorry I can't identify it's species) busy on the White daisies. Beautiful composition, framing & soft lighting. How you achieved the oil painted effects is a mystery to me. the results are beautiful & life like.

Subdued color works and the very fine detail, especially on the bee is really good so I am sure I did take some time to create this. Sorry you missed out on the contest but this is a very nice creation that you have shared.

As a wife of a bee keeper, I am always attracted to anything bee. I am attracted to the light color in the center of the background drawing the eye toward the bee although the bee is darker. Great idea even if it wasn't planned. Nice view and unexpected which makes it more interesting. Thank you for sharing. Sorry you didn't make the contest. It is lovely.

this is wonderful. at a distant view the bee looks like a photo. not till I looked at a closer view did I see the articulate placement for each color. Wonderful, what an art.

look at this bizz queen bee! I enjoy the direction the bees body laying in the center of flower I enjoy the eyes of this bee is looking at me , I love the choice of soft white flowers with the red and yellow centers with the green back ground I even enjoy the directions of the two antenna's alert and black there directed standing up at the flowers and you can see details in this painting that you normally cant catch, I can tell from the shapes of the pedals to the forum of the bee It obvious it took you some time to create such a master piece

A 4-star rating means "Good -but adjustments needed". Unfortunately you did not write where I made mistakes or where the adjustments are needed. Please make us artists aware of our mistakes, otherwise we cannot learn from a review.

This image popped out at me with its deleightful scene of a fuzzy bee among the pretty daisies. You have done a wonderful job of capturing the joy of a small event that often is overlooked. Really exquisite technique!
The precision in the drawing of the bee is heightened by the more abstract flowers. The latter are nonetheless very realistic. The "fur" on the bee is so very natural looking. The form of the body is really the way he grasps flowers. Overall excellent work.
