As digital art goes this is interestingly like a hand painted version so I commend your talents in manipulating the software to create this. Very attractive and appealing. It's an eye catcher. Good use of colours. Nice presentation. Ps congrats on your win.

This is quite beautiful Pink Lotus, I would not have known this is a 2D Art Digitally painted on blank canvas using oil colors, this is amazing. My first impression that this was a very nicely composed photograph, it looks that good. Congratulation on your 1st place win in the contest Colors in Nature. The colors and tones are perfect, well done!

I like the vibrant pink contrast against the green and the 2 stalks frame the scene nicely. Perhaps less green at the top would add even more focus on the flower.

I consider your input. The green things above are leaves. I made several paintings with water surrendering. I wanted something else for a change. :o)

Your color blending and highlights are very attractive on the flower giving it a realistic appearance. The scene looks like an oil painting with a variety if brush strokes. You also have done a nice job giving the scene flattering light.

this was a fab winner in the nature contest. i think i remember this one or something a bit similar. it contains a natural simplicity and of course a wonderment of nature. so very nicely constructed and with delicate colours + shading.

it dated back till 1902, one year after victoria. yes we always kept fish there for over 40 years. it would have been a heated bath and had frog fountains. when we moved into the property, only one previous owner, we found a fantastic bronze lizard at the bottom. i still have it and will take a photo and show here.
