Pretty picture, good colors, I'm not fond of your background, but that's me. I like the colors of the Iris, my favorite flower, I have about 500 irish plants next year maybe double they multiply fast, like the water spots on pedal but wonder about the apparent one on the bud, anyway, well done

Thank you. I took this after a rain storm so the droplets are natural. The background had to be changed because the original was a gray cement wall. Mary Eileen

Wow! What a piece of artwork. This looks at first like a painting. Your technique is so original to someone who is not a photographer. This is beautiful. I love what you have done with the background and how the colors are mirrored in the highlights of the flowers.

I understand that you used effects on your photo. This looks more of a painting than a photo. That is what you are going for. Details on the flower are lost with the effect. But that is just my idea. That doesn't count. It is the artist that count.

I love Iris too. I have a 4 square foot patch of creamy white ones. They multiply so damn fast though. lol
