Well done, she is different from our robbins in Minnesota but she is pretty. Good composition, good 1/3rds, good clarity, good focus on the eye and well done.

Thanks a million for your review on my little European Robin /Erithacus rubecula
The American Robin is / Turdus Migratorius
The European robin is actually a flycatcher thrush in the same Muscicapidae family as nightingales and Old World chats.
The American robin is also much larger - about the size of blue jays - while European robins are about the size of house sparrows.

sange,
Thanks a million for your review & kind words.
She was near the limit of my zoom so I felt if I cropped more it would become grainy.

Such a nice shot of a lovely subject. I love how you didn't place her right in the middle and the color in the background on the bottom left gives it a great feel. Very nice work.

This chubby lady is pretty. Love her orange part of head and neck. It makes her more beautiful. Focus on her is good. She seems to notice your presence. Her eye looks alert.

Joel,
Thanks a million for your great review. Yes she was well aware of my presence inside the kitchen behind the glass patio door with my Dog Juno. tail wagging hoping to get outside.

Super catch. Worthy of a bird book. Details sharp and background just right. You got the eye! Always important in bird pictures. The colors are spot on. I might just snip a little off the top to bring the focus more on the bird. Very nice indeed.

A really cute shot, I love the moment you got him from the backside and portrait at once , amazing sharpness - he is really presenting himself in the best way - your square fits him well, great negative space, your picture is well balanced, has a nice sunlight influx, perfect contrast and soft color saturation, well seen, well reacted, well done Susan

Regina,
Thanks a million for your great review on this LADY Robin.
Normally they are impossible to tell apart but when she came into the garden I could clearly see her bald brood patch, on her breast.

Awesome beautiful robin.
Her coat colors are magnificent and bright, with a bit of white into it. Love the orange forehead and collar. Fantastic nice green in back of her this enhances her beautiful coat. Shadowed, detailed and centered properly. Fantastic Mrs. Robin and great eye viewer.
Thanks for showing.
Congratulations and Good Luck.
Have yourself a great Memorial Day week-end!

A cute & candid capture!!
Superb eye clarity.
We can still enhance color saturation a bit to darken that yellow green foliage.
Creative concept. Innovative approach. Imaginative presentation. Thanks for sharing...
