stormy weather in the bay

A very dramatic shot of the bay from your window as the storm is about to break over the bay of Cannes the city on the right, look like a night shot but there are no city street light giving a gold/red glow to the sky or the reflections of the bay. Artistic composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

toda raba;
the center of interest is the dark cloud......

This is stunning! Cloud formation is breathtaking. Contrast of dark and bright really signals stormy.
Framing that captures and gives more space for the stormy cloud is smart.
Well done and thanks for sharing.

Wow what an ominous looking image. When these kinds of storms come in I always get a little nervous/excited feeling in the pit of my stomach and your photo actually kind of made me relive that, so I like that. It's great when an image can invoke an emotional response like that. Thanks for sharing it.

Great details in these clouds. The darkness of them definitely brings a certain feeling to the photo. It really does look like it's night time with how dark it is.
