The title is perfect. The rich red and yellows swirling has motion and life. The last gasp of blooms make me a little sad as I know that it will be another year before the beauty returns. Your post production effects are will done. On the humorous side, it appears to be circling the drain in one last "So long world".

yes, a beautiful photo of this "almost dying" tulip! The colors are amazing, so deep orange yet bright - the petals in a frozen form of curl - lending to new form of beauty. Design in movement, colors of contrast - beautifully centered bit off to the left, with clarity of stamen - I enjoy this photo!!

A beautiful picture of a Dying red Tulip it's petals curling out to expose the ripening pistil in the centre of the Tulip. Taken with superb camera & editing techniques & razor sharp focus on the heart of the Tulip.

This is absolutely gorgeous!! I think it deserves a 10 if we only could give 10's. Love the blurry swirl and the soft mess you gave the outer edges of the flower. Love the reds and the black, and yellow of the center! Wow what a wonderful piece of art! I cannot say anything negative about this piece.
