Oh the pencil is back to working her magic again! The facial expression is excellent. The details is excellent. The depth is perfect. The body form and language is realistic. The shading is awesome. The creation is balanced and very eye appealing to the viewer. Very creative and awesome work overall (standing clapping and cheering) woooooooohoooooooo

This is beautiful Linda, but I am sure you already know that. I am sure your granddaughter will love this hanging on her wall. It is one thing I noticed straight away when opening this image, and that is that given some slight colors to the little bird. It is a lovely touch and I really like it.
The drawing is of course done paying very good attention to details, and it is indeed a lot of them in this drawing. Especially the hands are well done, and it is so touching to see how gentle the little fairy is holding the bird.
This drawing also has a strong composition with a wonderful flow and balance, and the fairy has got a perfect placement within the frame. Another truly excellent drawing, and I wish you luck with the contest. Sorry I have run out of 6 stars rating.
