I almost feel funny about reviewing a photo of myself, and for once I almost wish you photo had been softer so that my wrinkles did not show so well. LOL It is a nice photo though, and I especially think you handled the strong light very well.

It IS a sharp photo, and if is clear and well defined details to be seen in my outfit. The colors are also crisp and clear and very true to the real ones. The exposure is also very good.

You could perhaps have cropped a tad more at the top, but I understand that also wanted some of the Parliament building to show. A very fine portrait shot Fred.

im unsure of what this is all about really other than Annie having her picture taken in front of a building..part building and part Annie, other than the focusing being fairly ordinary the picture doesn't really pull me in other than confusion...It is not even a contest entry..please enlighten me of the purpose of this photograph ? sorry.

Well it is finlly nice to see you in a pose other than the one on your page. Now I get to see the woman who is so very talented with the after photo work. My thanks Fred for the picture. I hope she keeps those great shots coming ~ Steve

It is so nice to see a closeup portrait of one of our most talented FAR members. The photo captures Annie in a lighthearted moment, with a backdrop of her beloved city of Oslo. Very good focus and lighting, a nice sunny day matched only by her beautiful smile. Thank you for sharing.

Wow, I nominated Annie for a FAR award. She is a wonderful reviewer. Try this if you want to take a portrait of a person in front of a build that you want in the frame. You might have to get down on your knees. I have problems also doing that. My wife tells me why do I do that. I told her anything for a good photo. Anyway. Fill the frame with the person waist up and the most interesting area of the background building. With this one Annie is only a third of the frame. The background is clutter. Annie is a wonderful artist. Ask her. She knows more than I do. Seriously.

Fred,
A beautiful portrait of Annie taken in front of the Parliament building in Oslo with visitors coming & going. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques with sharp focus.
