it does have a soft feel to it. the clarity is great. the angle of the shot of the colorful flower is great. the capture of the light is great. the image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. great eye and great job overall

Wow...another beautiful shot of rose of yours. Color of petals is cool. The white part makes the rose more enjoyable to see. Good focus. Green dark background fits the orange rose.

Mike your smiling flower in full bloom has a lot of visual punch without bleeding of the colour red (speaks of exposure exactness).

You have done a very nice composition with coming down to the face of the flower and cropping tightly, this way we viewers engage quickly with your subject matter (the flower).

I also like the dof you used showing some background. In the large upload the flower looks like it could be sharper, BUT, I know all about the poor upload of FAR so most likely it is not you but the site. This smaller image is sharp as a tack on the center.

A purist's delight.
