Another nice bird portrait - evens tan ding in the shoe he is clear and sharp and well defined in details - excellent contrast and lighting

A great shot of this Crane , well presented although i may have just lowered his head away from the top of the frame slightly as it is beginning to get lost up there but generally a great shot with nice diffused foliage in the background allowing the enhancement of the plumage of this fella. Great sharpness of the image

Wow I've not seen such a great closeup of that head. Stunning stopping power. Great focus and softened background too. Maybe a little more air about the head? but that's a nit relative to the composition, color, and excitement the photo offers.. Thank you for sharing it.

This is a lovely photograph. The composition is great and, once again, your choice of aperture is spot on. I think that the subject is a little dark against the background so you are losing some great textures and colour detail.
