Interesting color and tonal range complements the image
Excellent form: shadow, color has created dimension. But i wish the onions were more of red colour than red!

Thank you. It is funny that the original Raw photo shows it as more red. But when converted to Jpeg it looks like this

Lovely still life of these three red onions. Good clarity rendering details and texture. I love the burlap cloth as a background, gives it a earthy, rustic feel. Nicely framed with an excellent DOF and visual impact. ~Alveria

in a salad maybe but I would prefer a sweeter onion on my burger..really I cant think of anything but a salad these harsh onions are good for..lol. the clarity is great. the angle of the shot of the onions is great. the capture of the light is great. the image is balanced and eye interesting to the viewer. good eye and great job overall

A nice set up of the red onions. The texture of the cloth compliments the textures on the onions. The open area with leaves in the upper right corner is a bit distracting from the main objects in the arrangement. Perhaps a black background would not detract so much. Best of fortune in the contest.

Hopefully, my screen is a bit off as the onions look purple. The still life scenes for me are the most difficult as I have sense of style. The lighting, focus and crop are good. The only thing I may have changed is the background. The bit of green foliage is a bit distraction. Just my opinion.

I would like to see the original photo. The burlap sack and onions look strange. I know you used filters. I do like the overall shot. Very good country feeling. I think the scene would speak for it self.
