Wow,,they are huge,,they look so interesting all in a row like that,,I bet the dirt on them is really hard,,what huge colonies,,nice colours,lighting,,love the perspective to show the height compared to the trees, love the way the grass seems to be mowed around these,,

Thanks so much normally would be dirt between but recent rains gave a covering of native grass. Had a photo of my hubby standing next to one but decided this was better image 😁

A nice shot with very good composition and excellent colors. These Australian termites build very different looking mounds from their African counterparts. The detail in their constructions is very good and the setting is beautiful.
