Wow! That's a fresh one! The intensity in her focus is amazing for just being hours old. It just made me say "Aw" right out loud when I saw this. Beautiful moment and expression. I love the holding of the hand and the wetness of just being born. The lighting and closeness is just right.

Just the loveliest photo of your Granddaughter Stella.

Hard thing being born. I have twins and the second one had those awful forceps marks on her as well. I didn't think they used them anymore.

Tender moments are always a good subject for photography. The "stare" of the infant is just plain beautiful!
