Wrll timed Rule of Odds capture.
Well time still motion shot.
Soft silhouettes.
Pale blue sky pops out subject well delineating their flight feathers.
Thanks!

This is a lovely shot of the birds in flight. Very good clarity!! You have framed it well. The light, colour and the composition have worked well. Good effort!

Mary, what is causing their decline?
Good photo, they are a bit far to get a close look at them . This photo looks like you took it in a state of excitement!

A lot of their native fauna has been chopped down clearing for cotton and other produce. Also, drought affects their breeding and Australia has suffered some terrible drought conditions in the river areas they mainly occupy. This one was taken as they flew across the river so distance was an issue. Was pleased I managed to get this and several of them in the trees. :)

A beautiful shot. It is adorable that the three of them are in focus. Fotographing a flying object is nit easy, how much more three flying ones. But you did well here. I can see their beauty.
Well done and thanks for sharing.

An interesting and enjoyable Avian Image here,Mary!
Their Red 'n Black coloration ( a Classic color scheme ) really makes this small squadron stand out beautifully against the pale blue sky!
'Good Show'!
