How poetic this is. I have never thought of the rainbow as God's promise, but just admired its beauty every time I see it. Because even if it doesn't stand for a promise it is for sure one of God's creations, and you have pictured it so well.

It is standing out so well defined against the blue sky, and the puffy cloud drifting pass adds both interest and depth. The exposure is very good, and the colors so nice and natural.

The tall format suits the photo, and the line of trees at the bottom work as a nice and natural framing. Indeed a lovely and well taken photo, and I wish you luck with the contest.
