that poem is great and it is so true (coming from a Canadian).
You have done so well and although it is abstract it is realistic (abstract) and the purple hues giving shadows delight.
The tree line is also realistic because in northern Canada, not only is the tree line small and thin but there are evergreens that stay green all year and the brown dead trees punctuate the landscape often.
Very nice also with the black , still to be frozen, river showing us into your art.

I have never lived in 'cold' countries. The snow and the chill has never agreed with me. Winter looks nice in pictures only!:) Actually I referred to a photo while creating this one. Gave it my own touch! I thank you for your time and nice review. I do appreciate your positive feedback.
